好姊妹為答謝我結婚當日幫手, 特意邀請我出去食返餐, 知我中意食鐵板餐, book咗尖沙咀The ONE 19樓嘅「鐵板燒海賀」食Teppanyaki。從門口步入鐵板燒區域, 原來呢度仲返有日式omakase, 而鐵板燒就設於環境較為開揚嘅區域。雖然今次未能安排坐鐵板位, 不過窗邊用餐區亦可欣賞到城市景兼遠望維港海景, 同樣滿足視覺享受。全日供應「木犀套餐」HK$728/位其中可自選主食二選一, 雖然看似款式不算多, 但對於LUNCH黎講, 絕對係食得飽。我地兩個人都揀咗不同款再share, 可以品嚐到每款菜式。前菜三點:前菜包含蟹籽蟹肉鱈魚乾、日式炸豆腐和熟蝦醋物。鱈魚乾鹹甜鬆脆, 蟹肉鮮甜, 蟹籽增加層次; 炸豆腐鬆軟, 熟蝦爽, 配上酸醋海帶, 好開胃。紫菜蠔汁鮑魚:鮑魚煙韌彈牙, 易咬開, 配上濃郁甘香嘅紫菜蠔汁, 令鮑魚鮮味更突出。伴有經師傅安全處理過嘅鮑魚肝, 外層煎得微脆香口, 味道甘香回甘。桃味噌銀鱈魚:鮮嫩銀鱈魚, 配上白桃同埋西京面豉打成嘅醬汁, 鹹甜中帶清爽果香。大蝦佐蟹膏醬:大蝦厚肉爽口, 鮮甜又juicy, 附上蟹肉膏醬汁自行沾用調味, 令味道再提鮮。伴有脆卜
