今日專登揸車入去買遠近馳名嘅深井陳記燒鵝。一隻$540半隻$270下庄$166例牌$145我哋叫咗半隻$270返到屋企雖然唔係熱辣辣,但個皮重係好脆。鵝油好香,鵝肉有韌性,醃料夠入味。不枉我哋山長水遠揸車入去買。食飯嘅時候講起,如果買半隻燒鵝,買右邊好定左邊好?細佬好認真咁去Google。原來買左邊會好食啲,因為鵝休息時會用左腳單腳企,運動量比較多,肉質較結實有層次。但係陳記就冇得指明係左邊定右邊啊。
