To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好一間家庭小店，地點有點偏遠，但勝在夠清靜，午市有套餐提供，湯/飲品+西式主菜(飯或意粉)，而價錢都幾親民6x-80，所以帶阿媽嚟試一試什菜湯⭐️⭐️⭐️將所有什菜打成蓉，味道清香但較淡，唔油膩，較適合食得清淡嘅人西蘭花忌廉湯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️同樣將蔬菜打成蓉，成個湯好香滑，西蘭花味濃郁，好好味卡邦尼意粉 $65⭐️⭐️⭐️有少少失望，仲以為有隻蛋响面添，意粉煙韌度適中，材料煙肉、冬菇、紫洋蔥配搭正常，卡邦尼汁香濃但略嫌太少，撈起意粉後口感太乾車厘茄牛扒青醬炒意粉 $75⭐️⭐️⭐️牛扒條同配料份量幾足，味道都ok，而青醬味道特別但太油膩，由第一啖食到最後一啖都好油，所以感覺麻麻，雖然意粉係爽口彈牙二人共消費：$140
