豬肉外皮烤到酥脆,經過長時間慢烤,肉質變得軟嫩,油脂唔算太多。配上烤蘋果同燒烤醬,清香帶果酸甜,整體香而不膩。

🍗Slow Roast Chicken:
雞髀肉質好嫩滑,用慢烤方式烹調,鎖住咗雞肉嘅肉汁。配上蘑菇醬汁,非常滋味,真係食唔停口。

🥗烤蔬菜亦保留咗蔬菜自然嘅甜味。

整體不論味道定口感都非常豐富,好好食嘅一碟菜式,係其他餐廳好難以依個價錢食到咁高質素😍🫶🏻

甜品法式薄餅係橙酒口味,十分有驚喜😍薄餅好柔軟,香濃嘅橙酒味道,充滿柑橘香氣,酒味唔會好強烈,甜中帶有一點苦澀。雲尼拿雪糕順滑,奶香味同橙酒甘香互相襯托,味道豐富有深度。

🍷House Wine (Red Wine) $55
係依個舒適環境、美食配上一杯酒,成件事真係好完美。🍷依款home wine紅莓味道突出,散發陣陣果香。酸度相對較高,medium body,好適合配上我今次嘅肉類餐點。
