To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家庭式經營小店環境：安靜，新裝修，舒服。開放式廚房，有少少油煙。我鍾意睇人煮野，唔介意。如怕油煙，可以坐遠個廚房一點。食物：意粉很有誠意。我食果個辣肉醬水波蛋意粉。味道不錯，又惹味，意粉夠彈牙。湯和飲品中規中矩。價錢：意粉$100樓下，連湯連飲品。在港島區算合理。服務：細心，動作快。可以多d笑容。食完安靜的午餐之後，充滿力量返公司工作。
