To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食完一直唔記得打翻篇食評 見今日得閒就打下 係同一家人去食既 等左半個鐘到就入得 點左蒜泥白切黑豚肉 陳醋餚肉 黑醋松子魚 蘋果木魚烤肉 招牌生煎包 擔擔麵同上海粗炒 其中比較深刻既係陳醋餚肉 外型幾特別 呈粉紅色既肉食落幾香 配埋凝固左既陳醋一齊食 淡淡既醋味加肉香味 幾好既配搭 另外擔擔麵都好食 濃郁既湯底 麵條夠煙韌 味道微辣 鹹鮮 帶有麻醬香味 一個字 正!仲有蘋果木魚烤肉都幾特別 第一次試呢個配搭 醬汁濃郁 烤肉食落帶有肉汁 不過我最中意係條魚 黑醋松子魚 食落酸酸甜甜 好開胃 松子仁好香 魚肉外脆內軟 肉保持嫩滑 好快就清哂 d汁仲可以拎黎撈飯 最後追加左個甜品棗泥糕  熱熱地咬一啖 香甜軟糯 好味!
