To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家大細去荃灣買家品，荃灣廣場最方便，有一田同aeon喺隔離，可以揀到啱用嘅嘢。行街之前要醫一醫肚，荃灣廣場都有唔少餐廳，大部份都係連鎖店，見佢個名比較特別，就去望望啦！點知原來都係牛角集團，不過見有位就入左去坐了。環境都算闊落，原來入面轉角仲有好多坐位，唔算好迫，所以都幾適合一家大細。佢門口好大個龍珠招牌，店內又播住高達嘅日本歌，有日式裝潢。佢喺先喺門口購票，再帶位入座，主要有豬同牛，我地兩個人每人叫左一款，每個丼有麵豉湯。豚肉有溫泉蛋，我嘅至愛，好好味，豚肉都算滑，唔喺好韌同鞋果種，份量也唔少，配埋蛋汁更滑。而牛肉丼就無溫泉蛋，但配有紫菜，不過個配搭有啲怪，哈哈！牛肉都唔錯，份量都唔少，我地配嘅醬汁唔同，牛肉果種汁有少少辣，豚肉就偏甜，兩個醬汁味道都幾好！價錢就正常價吧，大型商場價位，無乜人又唔駛趕住走都算幾好了！✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨如果大家喜愛我寫既食評📝，麻煩幫幫手比個愛的鼓勵❤️，我會寫更多豐富既食評比大家！🤤✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
