我食日本料理除左在乎食物質素,都會揀啲店面唔大嘅小店,而且鍾意同三五知己一齊去,可以邊食邊傾之餘,亦有身處日本嘅感覺😆 而荃灣呢間日本菜係個好選擇👍🏻一坐低就見到黑板上有我鍾意嘅時令蜜柑鯛刺身😍 呢種肉質較爽身嘅鯛魚係食蜜柑大嘅 (佢地嘅飼料裡面有🍊),所以會有淡淡嘅「柑」甜,而且無魚腥味。另外仲叫左活赤貝刺身,爽口鮮甜❤️有選擇困難症嘅我地決定食特上十貫目😂 我最鍾意炙燒左口魚裙邊、吞拿魚腩壽司同三文魚籽軍艦☺️當晚清酒煮蜆同燒芝士年糕俾左驚喜我❣️ 雖然清酒煮蜆湯底嘅嗰種海水鹹鮮對我來講稍鹹,但蜆好肥美又鮮味👍🏻 煙韌嘅燒芝士年糕,豐富芝士餡加上其鹹度適中嘅醬汁同紫菜,相當滋味😋最後以濃濃椰子味嘅雪葩作結,開心🥰

當晚清酒煮蜆同燒芝士年糕俾左驚喜我❣️ 雖然清酒煮蜆湯底嘅嗰種海水鹹鮮對我來講稍鹹,但蜆好肥美又鮮味👍🏻 煙韌嘅燒芝士年糕,豐富芝士餡加上其鹹度適中嘅醬汁同紫菜,相當滋味😋
