To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末和朋友去街，想飲杯酒所以來了這裏，打算飲酒兼食少少。我叫了一杯紅酒，因為剛好有我喜歡的Shiraz, 容易入口又不會酸,適合配肉類。朋友喜歡喝氣泡酒所以叫了意大利的Prosecco，少少甜，好多氣泡！串燒：我們叫了一個肉海縱橫。有免治雞肉棒、豬腩肉和兩款不同的牛肉。全消塗上特別製的醬汁，加上少少炭燒味，送酒一流👍🏻燒牛排，作為牛魔王的我覺得這牛肉牛味非常濃，肉質屬於有咬口，醬汁和普通串燒不同，好吃。坐了一會有少少餓，又點了一個黑蒜油炒飯配炸雞。這個組合又邪惡又超級好食。炒飯粒粒分明，非常惹味。炸雞好大塊，外脆內嫩。很開心過了一個休閒的下午，和朋友聊天兩個多小時。
