To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食呢間,試咗啲台灣嘅嘢食,包括手作布丁豆乳、香酥雞翼便當、臺式三杯雞便當以及黑糖珍珠鮮奶。便當真係好正🥰,有菜有肉,營養均衡。首先係手作布丁豆乳,豆乳入面加咗手工製作的布丁,獨特的口感和香甜的味道都好正。布丁的柔軟結合豆乳的滑順,每一口都讓人感到幸福和滿足。跟住係香酥雞翼便當。雞翼炸至金黃酥脆,外層酥脆內裡多汁,啖啖都係滿滿的香味。臺式三杯雞便當係新品,第一次試。以三杯醬汁為特色,將雞肉燉煮至入味,口感鮮嫩多汁。醬汁的甜、鹹、香完美融合,加上雞肉的鮮,好夾🤤。搭配上白飯和一些蔬菜,這道臺式三杯雞便當給人帶來了濃郁的臺灣風味和滿足感。最後是黑糖珍珠鮮奶。黑糖的濃郁香甜與鮮奶的滑順口感完美結合,珍珠偏軟但有嚼勁,每一口都充滿了濃濃的奶茶風味。
