To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點解我會話呢間名菜係「適合宴客的精緻京菜」呢?將總結放係前面就係「服務殷勤、擺盤精繳、環境舒適」,但食物味道本人並未能留下深刻的印象。我地一行十多人,包了間房。由主人家發板叫了以下幾道菜式:百福臨門:脆鱔、春荀、小象拔、鮑魚、話梅蕃茄松茸燉花膠湯:味道較清,雞味、螺味較出黃金蟹肉鍋巴:呢個相對出色,蟹肉之中撈埋蟹膏,蟹味相對濃郁;而佢個黑色蟹狀啫喱係薑茶,幾特別。另有兩款羊肉:孜然羊串骨同埋蜀香辣醬杜泊羊排。個人認真前者調味太重,感覺似食緊椒鹽肉排;後者味道唔錯,略嫌份量太少,每人只分得一條羊骨,食得不夠盡興。最後個「京蔥羊肉手擀麵拼香梨帶子角」反而有驚喜,個麵湯好濃羊味,麵粉亦夠彈牙。食到最後,同想像中的「京味」有出入。如果想食羊,應該有更多餐廳選擇。
