To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近喜歡搜尋一些尖沙咀的特色樓上店，在openrice見到呢間西餐廳口碑不錯，於是book咗枱嚟試一試，果然環境舒適，食物不錯，值得推介。餐包一開始就有三款餐包，熱辣辣仲有士多啤梨醬同牛油可以搽，最喜歡芝士加蕃茄醬呢款，濃濃的芝士加上外脆內軟的麵包，美味。火炙半熟三文魚伴紫蘇莎莎三文魚外層火炙微熟，內層魚肉保持鮮嫩，加上紫蘇莎莎及沙律菜，十分開胃的前菜。8oz美國頂級西冷 牛扒要咗五成熟，餐廳幫我哋煎得啱啱好，牛扒嘅肉質鮮嫩而且牛味濃、油脂香。就連伴碟都不馬虎，有煮過很入味有青豆，小蕃茄，粟米，蘿蔔，其中煙肉薯仔整得好香口惹味。香辣蕃茄花甲天使麵天使麵軟硬適中，蕃茄醬汁微辣濃郁又掛汁，花甲鮮甜無沙又新鮮。香橙乳酪梳打味道酸甜，搭配西餐清涼解膩👍心太軟配士多啤梨雪糕甜品擺盤好靚，暖笠笠又爆朱古力醬嘅心太軟，再加上一球大大嘅士多啤梨雪糕，令到層次感同口感更加豐富，亦為是次晚餐畫上完美的句號。
