To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前來過這裏吃下午茶餐,甜點比鹹點多,而且下午茶食物的裝飾不算很花心思沒有很華麗震撼的感覺,不過每人不用$200價錢上算是優勝吧。今次在這裏舉行公司聖誕晚餐,食物質素還可以吧,主菜的魚扒比牛扒好吃,牛扒是一條的西冷扒烤好後在切成薄片,有肉味香濃,但肉質不多,始終這裏不是扒房,質素算不過不失吧。當晚的魚扒是龍躉扒,魚肉香濃,唯一是魚皮軟稔,沒有煎得香脆,浪費了魚皮本來的煙韌口感。餐廳侍應服務殷勤,但對餐酒服務的知識缺乏,酒杯的紅酒還沒喝完,不斷前來斟酒。紅酒是要飲到杯底,才斟新的一杯吧。
