To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

遲來的午餐

今天遲了下班，因此午餐也延遲了。走到葵芳工業區，尋找一下食店。利口坊餐廳小廚是在下曾經到過的，既然遲了用餐，不多想便走進入去。餐牌多的是，也沒有多心機逐一細閱，只在下午茶及碟頭飯中鑽研，最後還是選了碟頭飯。例湯是雞腳花生湯，這是在下久未喝過的例湯，入口也幾好喝，味道較濃郁，雞腳幾滑。或者真的很久沒喝，總覺幾好喝吧。也許很久沒吃過茶餐廳的菜遠肉片飯，那芡汁還是依舊的多，菜心和肉片也不少，菜心都幾甜，肉片軟腍，是一貫慣常的味道。在沒有糖的熱奶茶，沒有甜味，茶味突出，茶香都夠，都幾順滑，奶與茶份量都幾適中。一餐簡簡單單的午餐，吃過以後，再坐一會，便結賬離開。
