To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天同朋友到銅鑼灣行工展會，然後一齊再去銅鑼灣食日本菜，朋友選了築地😋午市去好熱鬧，應該不錯吧🤤餃子豆腐鍋冬天凍冰冰，最好就是點一個鍋物來吃，我們點了餃子豆腐鍋😋數十元，但材料豐富，又夠健康，吃得飽飽。炸餃子要趁熱吃，脆卜卜，新鮮炸起。湯底是奶白湯，不同種類的蔬菜都吸收了湯汁，有豆腐、金菇、小棠菜，吃起來更有香甜味道。壽司已點了午市套餐，就簡單點幾款最愛吃的壽司吧。有腐皮壽司、吞拿魚蓉壽司、帆立貝壽司，都很新鮮。其中吞拿魚蓉更大有魚香味，個人十分喜愛。另外點了加洲卷，有蛋、青瓜、蟹籽，好吃😀赤貝刺身超新鮮！赤背鮮嫩橙紅，吃落十分爽口，「索索聲」😋😋我同朋友一人點一份，吃得夠本😌😎選擇都幾多，價錢都合理，難怪午市咁多客人喇，要book mark 呢間餐廳🤤😆
