To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向對於要排長龍的店舖，都不會一窩蜂跟着去排，所以這間麵包鋪到現在才幫襯。這裡賣的麵包款式有別於一般連鎖餅店或港式麵包店的，可以看到烘焙師有心發掘新意產品，當然售價亦非等閒，最平的一個小圓包都要$1X以上，而大賣的牛角包平均$25，雖然有好幾款想試，但實在無法大大方方地花一佰幾十元去買麵包，所以只挑選了2款。榛子旋風酥 $25。這個挺不錯，拿上手沒有沾上油漬，淡淡的牛油味，酥皮之間鋪滿了碎碎的果仁，最中心有注入榛子醬，但稍為份量小了些，我沒有要求店方翻熱，不知道榛子醬加熱後會不會有流心效果。蜂蜜山丘 $24。這個有些失望，麵包偏乾，沒有軟綿綿，配料有百花蜜，但無論嗅覺或味覺都跟蜜糖扯不上關係。
