To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳除了提供經典上海菜式，亦提供多款一人套餐，可以自由選擇主食和小食， 另可選菜飯/麵食。我們二人主食就點了糖醋魚塊、韭黃膳糊，小食點了上海春卷、鎮江肴肉。肴肉是我最愛的上海菜之一，口感有層次且香濃，是最好的前菜糖醋魚塊味道跟咕嚕肉相似，甜酸相融，而且魚肉香脆。而韭黃膳糊的魚肉切得較碎，容易入口，但醬汁比想像中要咸，配搭白飯就剛剛好。湯麵是我喜歡那種幼身擔擔麵，湯底啖啖鮮味。除了主食外，來到這間餛飩專門店，當然要試試餛飩啦，主食已經試了各種肉類，今次便選擇素菜餛飩，裏面有多種蔬菜豆菇，爽口青香。
