To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本周日和家人訂了在金鐘看完電影後晚飯吃自助餐，可能是看電影時吃得太多爆谷，已經完全沒有胃口，於是取消訂位，就在附近的元氣壽司隨便吃點，來到壽司快餐店，要求不會高；約六時到，人流不多，近年元氣的壽司選擇越來越少，壽司品質一般，日式蒸蛋水準不錯，「大滿足」系列十元一件，價錢公道，自創的牛肋骨壽司則不敢恭維，牛肉既乾且韌;侍應初時説我們叫的海膽壽司沒有貨，過了15分鐘侍應又回來說海膽剛剛到貨，問我們還要不要，先不理為什麼星期天晚上六時多供應商仍會送貨，侍應的服務態度仍然該記一功，結果送來的海膽壽司總算新鮮，既然沒有要求，晚餐整體來說也算不過不失。
