To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午去中環上香水製作班前先行醫肚，因為方向感很差，所以去了地鐵站旁的環球大廈的Delifrance吃午餐。在openrice見到餐廳的照片，感覺環境應該不錯。原來環球大廈是菲律賓、印尼等外籍人仕的聚集地，擠得水泄不通，幾經辛苦才走到最入的Delifrance。環境看似不錯而且地方很大，很容易就找到座位。點餐後，坐了一會兒發現有點不對勁，原來冷氣非常弱 ，好後悔來了這裡。Carbonara $62: 份量較少，我不算大食也覺得不夠，意粉質地腍身適中, 醬汁未夠厚身較水, 而餡料比例上算足夠, 但整體味道則是普通，不喜歡很多生洋蔥。而荔枝紅茶 （點餐加$9）紅茶味道不錯，而用上罐頭荔枝感覺就麻麻。因為離上課還有點時間，於是急尋一個舒服的cafe 坐坐，就是附近的HMV Kafe。
