To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行山前先行午餐 元氣壽司仲有成50個先到😯決定轉戰甘味 等左3個字終於有得入 餐牌上成幾十款野食揀 真係眼花繚亂😂但冬天想食下熱野 就叫左個黑蒜豬手手打烏冬 一黎到已經同想象中有出入 唔講以為係普通豬骨湯🧐食落就更加唔使講 是沒有黑蒜的影子加味道雖然湯底好熱 豬手厚切同埋唔會好肥 但心中就係唔滿意 手打烏冬個人認為煮得好稔 可以再挺身啲朋友叫左刺身定食 附送味噌湯 個湯咸到呢😵😵兩粒帶子仲要唔同色 雖然味道上無分別 刺身味道中等 無咩特別驚喜另外加單叫左個香芋波波 今餐最好味煙韌而且芋泥份量算多 而且甜度都恰好整體而言性價比一般
