應部門大佬邀請午餐,廳2開業不到兩個月,新嚐試,最好預先訂位,午市座無虛席,座位方面有點兒迫,兩男三女安排卡位,勉強坐得落,每人一個Set Lunch,我點了西冷牛排配紅酒燒汁,鋸時有啲難度,可能係把刀嘅問題,由廚師安排牛排八成熟,以為會好「諧」口同勒,出奇地咬得爛,汁料味道比較淡口,充分食到牛肉味道。適逢大佬喜愛嚐試新菜色,額外點了义燒同燒賣,有點貴嘅义燒係有佢嘅道理,肉質嫩滑,又有咬口。由於係大佬萬歲,當然任由「老闆」作主,飽足午餐後還有飯後甜品,幸好各式甜品份量少少,我地嘅重任係負責吃光光才夠俾面。那幅名句剛好響我地卡位牆上,今次係我訂位,同事打趣話「你打電話黎訂位講左啲乜呀?點解安排我坐呢個位置嘅!?😂」
