To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一月下旬下午茶去完大記探過靚姐後,四時許見門口仲掛著乳豬,也不說什麼就坐埋位,一客乳豬併叉燒飯,見阿姐四命的切著菜乾,八元碗的例湯不會差吧,要來一碗。年近歲晚,燒味賣得不錯,全程「斬料」聲響個不停,兩分鐘有得吃,大碟燒乳豬併叉燒,問靚姐厚肉的是燒豬吧,她堅持這裡乳豬是這樣子,老伙計就是這樣子,反正是碟頭飯也不去計較了。「肉」潔冰清金黃脆皮豬,雖然是頭尾位但新鮮,皮下脂肪不算多,已放上了好些時間,但肉微暖含肉汁,是做得不錯的「碌豬」,叉燒是比較乾削,蜜味不重,碼不少足夠餸埋乾爽的豉油白飯。菜乾豬肺湯料不少,喝起來幾甜的也有菜乾的香,菜乾切成細條,比起吃豬肺穩陣,少少的味精無相大雅地喝下去,還不錯。四十三元,不平,但會再來斬料的。
