To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前search到新開就去試下!叫了很多東西,先來了一杯凍豆漿夠凍不太甜! 之後有鍋貼同生煎包,係唔係自己做我就食唔出啦!不過起碼係即叫即煎,熱辣辣脆卜卜,唔會難食得去邊!雞排上海粗炒真係用上海麵炒, 食過好多用烏冬假扮的,有雞排, 有菜, 有肉絲,,,都幾濃味,不過炒得糊左少少!我諗這就是用上海麵的弊處!哈哈...所以我接受ge~排骨菜飯排骨都炸得幾脆身,不過都幾薄下 -_-而菜飯就菜唔夠, 飯亦煮得唔夠好, 我唔知菜飯點整,如果係煮好飯再撈埋d菜ge話,咁我覺得呢碗似係未撈好的菜飯!最後就是南瓜煎餅,我開頭對佢都寄望甚殷,不過原來係個伏,老實講,佢一上枱, 我見到係星形都覺得唔多妥!一食, 勁多油,仲要無南瓜味!so far,我覺得尚可接受,下次黎試下d湯麵可能會好d!
