To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去北京樓,太耐冇試過食了星期六的7:00,到場時好多人冇訂枱,要等位,好在我哋一早訂左枱同訂左一隻「叫化雞」✨前菜我們點了:小食併盤桂花糖蓮藕以及涼拌青瓜青瓜加咗新鮮檸檬汁,以及秘制的花生醬,混在一起食,好好味,其他小食都好味,只是醉雞唔夠入味✨主菜點了:豆腐鴨骨湯:味道偏淡,-般賽螃蟹:好味咕嚕肉:肉的味道淡小小,以及粉太厚雲腿津白:好味,特別是那個雲腿,好香叫化雞:好似係$630,比之前貴左,不過如果係老人家或者小朋友生日,氣氛會好好,全世界都望住你扑雞扑完之後,侍應將厚厚嘅麵包皮剪開,聞到好香嘅荷葉味,入面隻雞都好靚,之後侍應會剪開隻雞,原來雞肚入邊有冬菇同埋鮑魚,好好味,這道菜除咗可以用錘仔打隻雞影吓相,仲有個小錘仔做紀念品,以及餐廳會比一幅相做紀念侍應們好好禮貌,可惜成晚坐滿晒,侍應超級忙
