To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 港式茶記的代表龍頭人物,大名鼎鼎的"翠華"卒之在土瓜灣區落户了....心裡一直頗期待,因之前在相同舖位營運的"德昌魚蛋粉",食物一向不能攫取小弟的歡心....剛開業之時,門口大排長龍。及至約一個月後,人已沒那樣多 (不過週末日仍然是人流如鯽的)。始終價錢偏貴,也是一個事實 --- 吃一個早餐要差不多三十大洋,午及晚餐更是一個double。等閒之街坊也不能負擔得起呢....為了這個評論能有多一個全面性,自己先後試了她的早及下午茶餐,門外的麵包外賣更是差不多每星期都會光顧。總括而言,食物是沒有想像中的理想的....好像早餐內的這杯奶茶....味偏澀而茶味不彰顯,比起同街內的街坊茶記"鴻滿",還猶有不及....要吃馳名的奶油豬還要另加錢再加的話一個早餐便要花接近四十大洋實在太過份了吧。跟餐的普通牛油豬,牛油量只是如蜻蜓點水,包身又不甚鬆軟,自然就不能令人滿意;炒蛋吃起來仍算滑的,不過現在許多茶記也可做得到,沒有甚麼好驚奇....鮑魚火腿絲通粉的雞湯底是算濃厚的,腿絲比鮑魚絲多亦是可預料到,但萬料不到的是通粉是淥得腍至爛的堂堂一間龍頭茶記,做出來的通粉是不應有如此差劣的水平....找另一天去吃

再加的話一個早餐便要花接近四十大洋
實在太過份了吧。跟餐的普通牛油豬,牛油量只是如蜻蜓點水,包身又不甚鬆軟,自然就不能令人滿意;炒蛋吃起來仍算滑的,不過現在許多茶記也可做得到,沒有甚麼好驚奇....

鮑魚火腿絲通粉的雞湯底是算濃厚的,腿絲比鮑魚絲多亦是可預料到,但萬料不到的是通粉是淥得腍至爛的
堂堂一間龍頭茶記,做出來的通粉是不應有如此差劣的水平

找另一天去吃吃下午茶吧....檸茶相比之下是做得比奶茶好,起碼茶香及味是夠濃的。就算冰塊溶掉了,味道亦沒減弱了多少....

要了一份川味牛肉伴雲吞撈麵。那川汁是自家調製的,看上去好像不甚了了,但入口卻真的是辣到飛起
,不太擅辣的我登時手心冒汗,嘴唇亦慢慢麻起來
,真不簡單;雲吞亦是home-made的,餡料以豬肉為主,甚夠鮮味,皮也薄,平心而論是不錯;相反那牛肉卻有如在嚼全然無味的塑膠一樣
真令人火滾;麵條咬落爽彈而不重鹼水味,合格....

在這兒吃得最多遍的,反而是她的麵包。比較起平常食開的"蛋撻王"或是"東京",這裡的出品來得更足料 (懂做麵包的一吃便知道),而且由於不停出爐及放於電熱容櫃的關係,您在這兒永遠是吃不到一個攤凍了的麵包的
先後吃過各款甜 (菠蘿、雞尾)及鹹 (义燒、吞拿魚)的味道,差不多每一款也是令人既飽肚又滿意的
....

若單論麵包,這裡確是無出其右,但若是吃正餐(譬如早餐)的話,小弟倒寧願到旁邊的"金加利"了....
