作為傳統高級五星酒店入面餐廳,服務我自己覺得比外面同樣米芝蓮星級餐廳更好👍🏽之前試過峴港被評為全球十大餐廳之一嘅La Maison 1888 十分滿意,於是揾個藉口朋友生日,去試文華東方入面同為名廚Pierre Gagnaire旗下主理嘅 Pierre ,不過香港嘅Pierre 就顯得平平無奇,最好算係個鵝肝湯😋其他菜式味道平實,主菜魚同牛仔肉都好嫩滑,但可惜未有一道菜令我覺得有驚喜,只可以話以尼個價錢食到嘅合理、合格!👌🏻冇令我之後值得回味嘅菜式招牌牛油🧈
