這間也算一間挺有名的潮州菜餐廳,分店愈開愈多的!主打滷水鵝和海鮮,但還有很多特色少見的潮洲菜式可以吃!滷水鵝件(148元)這裡比較好的地方是會幫你將鵝胸的骨都去掉,吃起上來啖啖肉,特別過癮,而且滷水味香濃,亦有鵝香,肉質緊緻!底下還有大量花生和芽菜,其中花生特別香!魚香茄子黃鱔煲(118元)跟平常的魚香茄子有點不一樣的是茄子切得比較大條,所以吃起來會更加多汁,口感滑嫩,亦沾滿了醬汁,所以特別惹味!而黃鱔的口感非常爽滑,吃起來完全無骨,陣陣的鮮味和魚香!醬爆田雞(98元)田雞是有輕微的炸過,吃起來外脆內嫩的,口感帶點爽滑,調味是蒜辣口味的,挺惹味!而且還配有很多萵筍,口感爽脆!蟲草花雪耳燉雞湯(68元)燉湯非常清甜,很足料,陣陣雞香,而且完全沒有味精,很有家的感覺!飯/白粥(12元)

魚香茄子黃鱔煲(118元)
跟平常的魚香茄子有點不一樣的是茄子切得比較大條,所以吃起來會更加多汁,口感滑嫩,亦沾滿了醬汁,所以特別惹味!而黃鱔的口感非常爽滑,吃起來完全無骨,陣陣的鮮味和魚香!

田雞是有輕微的炸過,吃起來外脆內嫩的,口感帶點爽滑,調味是蒜辣口味的,挺惹味!而且還配有很多萵筍,口感爽脆!
