住得喺香港想搵間地道啲嘅老字號真係買少見少,放假又突然好想食沙嗲牛🐂!店面裝修格局雖然好新淨,但聽聞呢間鋪頭前身係一間超過40年歷史嘅荔園人龍車仔麵檔,一於試試佢!👅▸ 阿荔特濃沙嗲車仔沾麵 | $68[ 玻璃魷魚 / 雪花肥牛 / 溏心蛋 配 出前一丁 ]呢款車仔麵可以自選三餸配手工拉麵/烏冬/出前一丁三款麵底,不過話明心絲絲想食沙嗲牛就一定係揀肥牛同一丁㗎喇!以日式沾麵嘅做法製作湯頭真係好杰身好香濃,將一丁浸入去極掛汁,味道比起平時食到嘅沙嗲牛更加辣同惹味,食得出落咗唔少花生碎、花生香味好出🥜湯汁份量仲多到可以食到你漏晒口嗌不要不要都仲得,嗚呀😫配料嚟講肥牛大大塊厚身又夠肥,食落唔怕韌亦冇雪味仲有好多片;溏心蛋好流心蛋黃亦好香,蛋控食得好開心🐣;玻璃魷魚食落就好韌唔爽口,冇乜味之餘份量都比較少只有三四條,個人就唔係好推薦🦑出前一丁 is 一丁,冇煮到爛晒糊晒但唔知係咪煮起有晾過吓,有少少偏乾身同埋有啲痴埋晒難夾起啫😗特別想講嘅係,好多時以沾麵嘅方式去做食落雖然可以將沙嗲湯汁一網打盡,但有個致命傷就係麵同餸都唔入味,呢個時候就好睇沾麵汁嘅功架💪🏻鍾唔鍾意呢種製法就見仁見智,但難得有個

特別想講嘅係,好多時以沾麵嘅方式去做食落雖然可以將沙嗲湯汁一網打盡,但有個致命傷就係麵同餸都唔入味,呢個時候就好睇沾麵汁嘅功架💪🏻
鍾唔鍾意呢種製法就見仁見智,但難得有個沾麵汁真材實料令麵條同啲餸都掛得住湯汁,食到濃濃嘅沙嗲湯都叫做交足功課,絕對值得一試😋

今次嗌咗小辣,辣度比起沙嗲牛要弱,食落都未見其他層次同其他香料嘅辛味,反而鹹味有啲太重,可能嗌返正常辣度或以上會比較惹味🌶️
