之前見到報導有介紹太安樓的班戟店,咁啱今日經過就去即試!班戟有好多種唔同嘅配料同味道選擇, 鹹或者甜嘅都有,但到最尾我都係忍唔住叫咗招牌的焦糖燉蛋雪糕班戟。雪糕有幾款可以揀,我就揀咗小店嘅豆腐味雪糕,之後等咗大約五分鐘就有得食。新鮮即製的班戟皮,加上香脆嘅焦糖燉蛋,我食咗第一啖之後已經停唔到口!豆腐雪糕嘅豆腐味香濃,亦唔會太甜,同焦糖燉蛋真係出奇地夾!食嘅時候,我會建議食一啖燉蛋,一啖雪糕,咁樣食到最下面的時候就冇咁單調。
