Menu is in Chinese only. Though they do have a few photos of their more popular crepes. There is no 10% service charge and it is cash only. There is about a half hour wait time as there is only one person working. Yes, he does EVERYTHING so give him a break. Don't rush him.

I decided to get their signature crepe: the creme brulee crepe ($32). What you get is a creme brulee on top. There is surprsingly a lot of creme brulee and the topping was well caramelized. The creme brulee was also quite smooth and custardy. Under the creme brulee was a nice decent scoop of ice cream. I chose vanilla as it seemed to go with a creme brulee. The crepe was also thin and not overly chewy. This was pretty good and you get a lot for what you pay for.

當雞蛋仔都可以索價二十,$32嘅燉蛋crepe比起嚟又唔算太貴嘅。太安樓相信都唔洗多介紹,但網上嘅宣傳多數都誇張咗,見熱潮過咗舖頭未執笠,就可以試試喇👻即叫即製,但可能手腳唔快加天氣凍,crepe 上手都唔多暖。諗住天氣凍先叫燉蛋唔叫抹茶奶凍,點知燉蛋都唔係熱嘅。蛋味唔錯,不過好奇怪咁分上下兩層,上層奶白比較重忌廉味,似panna cotta, 下層似蛋塔餡,應該係放太耐先燉,沉澱咗。焦糖太厚有啲苦。整體味道唔錯,但溫度令我有少少失望。中層係whipping cream加瑪莉餅碎,木糠布甸咁,幾正。日本一味加cream, 呢度較有層次稍勝一籌。可以自選雪糕,味道選擇多。薄荷曲奇冰涼清新,但oreo味唔出。餅皮比較厚,唔係日本嗰種黃色皮,呢隻蛋味重啲同飽肚,但冇咁黏韌,各有千秋。雖然冇網上講到咁冰火交融,但可以喺附近食到crepe都仲係好開心~

行完山出番去市區已經趕住去搵嘢食啦,難得今次去到港島,我個friend就帶我去太安樓填番飽個肚啦成日都係facebook見太安樓有好多好西,最想試既係呢個班戟,終於都比我食到啦!五點幾去到又冇咩人排隊,即叫即做,等左大約5分鐘就有得食啦個班戟既topping係焦糖燉蛋,不得不說店主好creative,甘既配搭都唸到出黎!個味道就偏甜,焦糖既效果都算做得唔錯,薄薄一層點綴個班戟。食既時候係會唔方便,因為都唔知咬唔咬個皮好,好驚咬左又會整跌個焦糖燉蛋喔……大家趕時間就唔推介啦,呢個真係要企定定慢慢食。雪糕揀左綠茶味,甘甘地 中和番個甜度唔錯xd塊皮就偏厚,雖然蛋味係濃郁既:)整體而言,會比3.5/5佢既,如果下次再有機會黎太安樓都會想試下佢其他味既!

👫行完柏架山,好餓嘅👱🏽‍♂️👱🏻‍♀️就搭兩個站嚟到西灣河嘅太安樓掃街,點知想食嘅地方好多都無開,最後淨係食左呢間出名嘅班戟🤨 鋪頭裝修都幾特別,係用Facebook同Instagram做主題㗎👾#焦糖燉蛋雪糕班戟 <$32>等左大約5-10分鐘就整好啦,拎上手暖笠笠,而且好靚,啱曬影相打卡🤤 店員比左個🥄,方便客人食🤯 食第一啖已經食到表層嘅脆焦糖,仲有嫩滑嘅燉蛋,口感分明,但份量唔算太多,食左幾啖就食到雪糕,而雪糕係可以自選口味(雲呢拿、曲奇、薄荷曲奇、芒果、椰子),👱🏻‍♀️就揀左曲奇味,由於班戟皮即叫即整比較熱,雪糕會唔太凍,同埋溶得比較快,所以要食快啲😲 整體嚟講呢個配搭都幾特別,價錢又唔算太貴,係值得一試嘅🤩👍🏻🗣:雪糕溶得比較快,所以最好食快啲,而且食到最低會有啲cream,要小心啲食,唔係就會整到成件衫都係㗎啦🤪

焦糖燉蛋班戟(HKD32)-其實係想試佢隻綠茶燉蛋pancake不過原來佢係限量發售😢黎到已經4點幾已經賣曬😭😭-呢次應該係繼上次東京之旅之後第二次食呢類型嘅pancake記得對上一次係日本食入面全部都係cream今次食呢個反而like過上次-上面係焦糖燉蛋下面係雪糕 雪糕有唔同嘅口味可以選擇我就揀左薄荷曲奇🍪中間有木糠 感覺都幾特別🤔pancake質感煙煙韌韌咁 口感都唔錯下次要早d黎試下佢隻綠茶焦糖燉蛋pancake🐣
