To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同友人睇完戲, 未決定食咩, 行吓行吓..去到牛角...居然唔食排隊 (aroun 7:45PM)。友人未食過, 就入去啦。有會員套餐 (我係會員), $446 (包咗原價加一) 的2人餐, 我地都覺得可接受呀。套餐食物:超礦物海藻野菜沙拉:呢個勁好食, D菜好fresh, 加上D汁, 好match。kimchee:我同友人都唔like, 所以基本上無咩點"掂"過。王樣豆腐:同kimchee一樣。野菜兩品 (我們要了雞比菇/露荀):2個都好食, 不過比較難燒得好食。chuck roll:好juicy, 好肉味。1cm cut beef tongue , 呢個就搞笑, 因店員話牛舌無哂 (我仲開心, 因為其實我唔食牛舌的), 店員要我地選其他野。咁佢一定要我地選$49的食物..貴過就一定唔得啦..連平過都唔得喎..哈哈...咁其實唔多選擇, 所以我地要了"腹胸肉"。腹胸肉:都幾正, 好肉味。salmon in shio:呢個一般啦, 可能我本身對魚唔多"好"。premium karubi:好juicy, 有雪花, 正。pork cheek:因為係豬, 怕唔熟, 所以都燒咗好耐。初時以為會

1cm cut beef tongue , 呢個就搞笑, 因店員話牛舌無哂 (我仲開心, 因為其實我唔食牛舌的), 店員要我地選其他野。咁佢一定要我地選$49的食物..貴過就一定唔得啦..連平過都唔得喎..哈哈...咁其實唔多選擇, 所以我地要了"腹胸肉"。

我要了Kyoho Grape Collagen:之前已經飲過, 都幾好飲, 唔會好藥水味..咁所謂的collagen係真定假就唔知了..哈哈..

會員dinner over $100:免費辣油豆腐 :我同友人都麻麻地太辣的東西..所以都無咩點食過。(即係同kimchee、王樣豆腐一樣)

整體上不錯, 有會員套餐, 總比單叫化算(雖然有D我地唔多like)。食物上得好快, 由於我地坐2人枱, 所以D食物一枱都係....有點難搞。service:幫我地落單的男店員好好, (1) 無牛舌, 我地想叫D平過$49野, 佢唔sure 佢地會好有禮貌要我地等等, 要問人 (2) 個餐係包2杯$29以下飲品, 我叫的grape collagen就係$29的, 友人的柚子茶係$19的, 店員好好的提一提, 叫$29的就"抵"D...雖然友人最終叫番$19的, 不過都覺得店員好盡責。另外fill 水、換燒網都好快手。

當然, 話好平就唔講得, 不過間唔中食吓都OK呀。BTW, 其實呢個2人餐好多野食..for 3人都OK喎...哈哈.
