To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假,忽然好想食佢個叉燒包,於是就專登揸車由荃灣入去深水埗啦,到左之後大約等左10張枱左右就有位啦!坐低左就立即劃點心啦,都係例牌點果幾樣野啦,尋找返果種味道。首先黎係酥皮焗叉燒包,味道依舊無變,脆脆嘅外皮咬落去完全感覺到係新鮮焗出黎,裡面多汁嘅叉燒,完全係一個完美配搭,好味。跟住係古法糯米雞,今次我地無食蒸飯而改食糯米雞,主要係想試下其他野,糯米雞裡面都好足料,有雞,豬肉,臘腸等,都幾好味。香煎蘿蔔糕,你會食到一條條嘅蘿蔔絲,有d蝦米,師傅都煎到好香,還可以。跟住最後就係鳳爪同埋蝦餃啦,鳳爪嘅份量就較少,但係都幾入味。而蝦餃都無咩特別,足料啦。會再黎幫襯,食佢個叉燒包。
