To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前試過金城嘅煎肉餅飯覺得幾精彩，所以再嚟食飯今次就試佢哋另一款招牌飯—椒鹽豬扒飯$58茶餐廳碟頭飯嚟講，$58有d小貴但係豬扒份量都真係比得唔少，同白飯嘅比例真係可以講得上係一比一了椒鹽效果未夠突出，但係豬扒嘅口感都不錯，食得出係用靚豬肉嚟製作，係嫩口嘅，而且一d都無又乾又柴嗰種感覺另外辣菜脯係必須加嘅絕對有畫龍點睛的效果 令人有一種想添飯嘅感覺 已經諗好下次嚟要order 蜜椒豬扒飯，因為喺食飯嘅短短20分鐘期間已經聽到有幾個人都order呢個
