To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日過嚟原本係想買黑松露芝士，但係見唔到有，唯有試吓新麵包。買咗兩款麵包，之前都係未食過。$25 松露超級蘑菇 24成個造型都係蘑菇咁樣，大麵包同細麵包中間係查咗芝士醬黐埋一齊，夾嘅時候爭啲跌😅。返到屋企用微波爐加熱10秒鐘食，味道會比較出。不過略嫌原來細麵包入邊係乜嘢都冇，得一個麵包仔，感覺有啲搵笨。$25 可可曲奇麵包都幾大個，入邊有少少朱古力酥，口感麵包係鬆軟嘅，入邊嘅朱古力醬唔甜，唔會膩，不過曲奇已經林晒，唔脆，好易食到成身都係碎。唔會再食。個人感覺都係食返出名嘅牛角包，紫薯麻糬包比較好。
