To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天假期同家人食午餐, 嚟到我同太太拍拖時經常來的加太賀,打算預祝結婚十七週年紀念。有幸我一家來到餐廳時是第一枱客亦是為一的一枱客,員工也剛剛用膳完。當坐下時搗茶的職員到來搗茶,企係度,唔識行到近杯的位置取杯搗茶,叫客人傳杯到路口搗茶,枱的兩旁都足夠她行入搗茶的,不過算吧!因為食品未來,為了健康,忍忍忍,好,到點菜落單時,我叫最近的員工落單,她望一望我,吾出聲,搖一搖頭,示意我,要我叫後面的職員落單,呢次我真系要爆!甚麼服務態度,我問有無經理或店長返工。職員支吾以對,吾肯説有定無,我將我不快的經歴講出再次問有無負責人係度,職員話要睇睇,之後一去不返。於是我沿路進入,終於係巷內見到剛才的職員,她和一男職員「後來知道是店長」,我再將剛才不快的經歷說出來,他表示會改善!
