To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前book咗呢間嘅afternoon tea本身以為係坐窗口位因為之前有request但係去到之後發覺佢比張燈光暗，有冇景睇嘅角落頭位同佢講又話安排唔到，但係confirm booking嘅時候又冇講steiff teddy bear afternoon tea係期間限定，去到1月2號有四款鹹點、六款甜點同埋Scones 鹹點方面有麵包同三文治，自己最鍾意係佢個龍蝦忌廉tart，撻皮夠薄，都幾好食甜點方面有芝士蛋糕、蘋果撻、黑森林杯、迷你小餅同埋樹形蛋糕芝士蛋糕幾好食，唔會好甜蘋果撻賣相好靚，黑森林杯酒味都算重不過個焦糖蛋糕就超級甜Scone 比較扁身，有士多啤梨果醬同埋clotted cream牛油味唔算重，而且唔算好鬆軟個人覺得麻麻地整齊一般，加上環境同服務都比想像中差所以只此一次，唔會再去

個人覺得麻麻地
整齊一般，加上環境同服務都比想像中差
所以只此一次，唔會再去
