To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近口淡淡唔知食乜好，從來都冇食過一風堂，今日lunch周圍都排哂隊見佢入得算快，就嚟試試。主要嚟講佢有三款拉麵，因應配料唔同而有唔同價錢，我就叫咗個赤丸齊料嘅$85，另外加$28有個小豬肉丼飯同汽水，因為蜜桃小丸子係大食怪怕唔飽🤭嗌咗冇幾耐就嚟到，熱辣辣好正，湯底夠濃喎，啲麵我揀咗較硬所以好有質感唔錯，隻蛋咬落去都做到流心，其他配料都好正常，燒叉燒好香，係薄薄地，原本冇乜期望，但食落有驚喜。至於個丼飯，都冇hea你，豬肉都幾多，啲飯係珍珠米，撈咗燒汁，所以都好味呀。整體而言比我想像中好，會再嚟食！

嗌咗冇幾耐就嚟到，熱辣辣好正，湯底夠濃喎，啲麵我揀咗較硬所以好有質感唔錯，隻蛋咬落去都做到流心，其他配料都好正常，燒叉燒好香，係薄薄地，原本冇乜期望，但食落有驚喜。

至於個丼飯，都冇hea你，豬肉都幾多，啲飯係珍珠米，撈咗燒汁，所以都好味呀。整體而言比我想像中好，會再嚟食！
