To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都幾抵食的自助餐

本想去Novotel的，但即日訂不到位，六點半想walk in，小姐話要到七點三先知有冇位，因此才轉戰這間位於機場富豪的餐廳，來之前問過用恆生信用咭有六八折，每位連加一共銀$220剌身即叫即切，廚師一d 都唔「孤寒」，切得幾厚吓。第二次去取還取得極肥三文魚，yummy食物大路，好味。廚師成日走出黎添，一見到食到一半就會拿入去填滿先拿出來，唔會被你見到爛熔熔的樣。雖然refill 無新款食物，但甜品則有更新。款式又多，有疏乎厘、芝士蛋糕、咖啡味蛋糕、焗布甸…唯獨是咖啡有改進空間。侍應幾勤力，一見你食完會立刻收碟。很滿意，會再去﹗
