To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

外賣叫咗個紫菜包飯，辣炒年糕，鐵板雞肉飯。一打開個外賣，見到個賣相已經好唔精神，碗飯個外賣盒仲黐住一對白飯紫菜包飯，得個咸字，紫菜冇搽芝麻油，所以唔香同埋乾爭爭。辣炒年糕，啲年糕好實好「腎」，好少汁又唔夠濃味，所以識落好淡口。鐵板雞肉飯，啲雞煮到仲老過我太婆，啲飯又嚡霎霎，成碗嘢又係得個咸字，完全冇其他味道。我個人唔太鍾意浪費食物，諗住粗粗地都食晒佢，但係食食吓真係搞唔掂🫠我平時都懶得打食評，但係呢間嘢難食得來太出色，要特登出個post嚟表揚下佢。我見有其他食評話呢間嘢幾好食，我諗佢哋一係就收咗錢，一係平時食開垃圾🥴如果你有冒險精神，又想試吓佢究竟有幾難食，我誠意推薦你試吓🤡
