To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都算唔錯嘅自助餐

上年10月，我去薈景食左個以龍蝦主題自助餐，太忙了，唔記得寫返食評。我覺得呢間自助餐性價比幾高。佢最抵係7歲以下免費。是次自助餐好似係Klook定KKday買的，4大1小，好似$400內一個。以龍蝦做主題當然有冰龍蝦，又有焗龍蝦，任你拎，refill都好快。味道係正常，我覺得熱好食過凍，凍龍蝦啲肉好似會un 啲。佢熱食冷盤都好正路，有粉絲蒸扇貝，點心,pizza樣樣都有啲，有刺身凍嘅貝殼類但係就冇長腳蟹。不過令我最驚喜嘅係有威靈頓牛食，威靈頓牛喺出面食好貴，依家任你食，而且好好食，入面舊肉好淋好juicy 。甜品方便質素中規中矩，有movenpick 雪糕，反而我覺得佢飲品幾多元化，有幾款罐裝飲品，我覺得自助餐最好有得任飲，有啲得一杯餐飲感覺唔多夠。總括嚟講幾滿意呢間自助餐而且價錢唔算好貴有7歲以下嘅小朋友更加覺得好抵
