To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到荔枝角己差唔多兩點鐘,於是就飲下午茶啦,去到好快就有得入座,呢間酒樓都係開業冇耐,裝修都算新淨,環境都算闊落,坐得都舒適,下午茶時段由2-4時供應,茶芥下午茶$10位,今次就叫左孖寶(京川餃子+上湯鮮竹卷)$30,同埋鲜蝦菜苗餃$25孖寶(京川餃子+上湯鮮竹卷),餃子皮算薄,细粒易入口,豬肉餡唔少,有醋伴食可减低油腻感覺,鲜竹卷嘅腐皮幾有豆香味,餡料豐富,加上上湯唔太鹹,唔錯。鮮蝦菜苗餃嘅皮薄黐身算煙韌,蝦同菜份量唔少,味道幾好。今次下午茶都算抵食,不過有少部分員工對客人服務態度有改善空間。

孖寶(京川餃子+上湯鮮竹卷),餃子皮算薄,细粒易入口,豬肉餡唔少,有醋伴食可减低油腻感覺,鲜竹卷嘅腐皮幾有豆香味,餡料豐富,加上上湯唔太鹹,唔錯。鮮蝦菜苗餃嘅皮薄黐身算煙韌,蝦同菜份量唔少,味道幾好。
