To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入到呢間餐廳,就覺得自己淨化左,裝潢簡單得黎又有種返璞歸真嘅感覺🌱。我點了個麻辣魚鍋,湯底麻而不燥,辣得啱啱好,簡直係辣得過癮😋,條魚肉質結實,一啖咬落去,鮮美得滯!仲有口水雞,真係正中我心頭好味,雞肉緊實,帶著川椒嘅微妙香辣,一啖又一啖,簡直停唔到口!至於涼拌嘅白蘿蔔辣椒同青瓜木耳,一開始就為飯局掀開咗好戲嘅序幕,真係開胃添味!飯後心情愉快,覺得今日發現咗個寶地。這裡嘅有機食材,令人食得更加放心,好似係為喺都市生活嘅我哋來咗一次近距離嘅接觸大自然。話唔定遲啲仲會搵機會再回味一次,朋友嚟嘅時候,都要帶佢哋一齊嚟試試!👍🏽
