侍應會在旁邊替客人把烤龍蝦去殼,然後分開兩份才上枱。
龍蝦肉質鮮嫩爽口,蝦頭有很多膏,Risotto外軟內硬,很有嚼勁,每顆米粒都吸收了醬汁,每一口都很滋味。
