放工去左上環晚餐,朋友選擇了一間好特別的餐廳,門口是配匙店的裝潢。原來是間bar&restaurant好特別,十分喜歡! Soy-Marinated Shrimp這菜色是用了韓國天使蝦,以日本萬字醬油和昆布調味,便味道能夠把蝦的鮮甜味帶出!Ma-la Fried Wings雞翼用自家製麻辣汁醃過夜十分入味,外脆內軟而且炸用奶代替麵粉更能鎖住肉汁! Smoked Pigeon乳鴿是和茶葉一齊燒,會帶陣陣茶葉和煙燻的美味,肉質嫩滑美味😋😋 King Prawn “Hoi-Mei” Sticky Rice糯米飯加入乾海鮮,例如蝦米,亦都有平時糯米飯必有嘅臘腸,仲有素翅,用料豐富!
