好幾年前見過一個youtuber嚟呢間磅太太食飯,覺得好吸引,幾年後嘅呢日終於比我約到朋友陪我試!雖然佢個地址係上環磅巷6號,但其實係西營盤同上環中間,兩個地鐵站行過去都差唔多~門面睇落成間配匙舖咁,仲有好傳統嘅趟門,但原來入面係一間裝修好靚好特別嘅bar/restaurant!雖然呢日係weekday,但都好多人嚟飲嘢/食飯~亦都見到客人同店員好熟落,應該儲咗好多熟客!😋Sticky Coffee Pork Belly($38/1)呢個豬腩肉用咗咖啡同咖啡酒醃過24小時再攞去燒,所以聞落/食落都有淡淡咖啡香味~豬腩肉半肥瘦,更加帶出佢嘅油香😍面頭有啲rice pop,增加口感👍🏽Crispy Unagi($48/1)燒鰻魚用到日本鰻魚,調味就用咗日本醬油同海鮮醬,非常入味,好好食!面頭有紫菜同黃金脆魚皮碎,口感多得嚟亦都有更多嘅味道!Eggplant Ravioli($68)呢個ravioli餡料相當特別😮,有茄子、腐乳、goat cheese,加入腐乳令成個菜好有港式嘅local flavor~茄子係燒咗先,將啲肉刮出嚟,再包入去,所以食落都有少少煙燻味~醬汁用咗意大利黑醋,估唔到

雞翼用自家製麻辣汁醃過夜,炸嘅過程用咗奶代替麵粉,鎖住肉汁,令到佢外脆 內juicy!🤩

乳鴿係同茶葉一齊燒,所以會有少少茶香味,好特別!
黃色嘅係煙燻過嘅鹽,可以點少少嚟同乳鴿食~

糯米飯加入乾海鮮,例如蝦米,亦都有平時糯米飯必有嘅臘腸,仲有素翅,材料相當豐富!

呢個菲律賓傳統甜品層次超豐富,超特別!
底層有芒果西米露,上面嘅係珍多冰,再上去有個爆谷味嘅foam,入面仲有柑桔雪葩,面頭有風乾咗嘅raspberry。
食落個感覺好得意,一啖食到好多嘢咁🤣

呢個係mocktail嚟,用咗seedlip,一種無酒精又扮gin嘅gin🤣,將正常嘅gin入面嘅botanicals,加檸檬皮、芫茜、香料 等等蒸落去啲水度整成~
所以飲落有陣香茅味!好特別哈哈
總括嚟講都幾鍾意呢間磅太太,環境好靚,店員又friendly,食物又特別同好食喎!
