To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人家說心廣體胖,但有時候壓力太大,吃也是一種放鬆的方法。也不是鼓勵各方好友去狂吃減壓,那就是午餐晚餐吃些想吃的,讓自己開心一下吧~我也是正正在用這種方法看能不能放鬆自己的心情~有些時候對得太多客人,也是很鬱悶,尤其是遇到一些比較難纏的客人時,過後更加呢~這天就是不想吃麵,把早餐搬到當午餐吃~看看餐牌,一眼就想吃沙爹牛肉通粉,配個牛角包火腿奄列,再來杯凍檸茶,簡直是人間天堂~這其中不得不讚是牛角包,真得很脆,像剛出爐沒多久的樣子(當然我知道未必是他們自己做的)。沙爹牛肉通粉就稍為遜色了~沙爹汁未足以令我覺得很好吃~只是普通而已~最後要提的是,他的火腿奄列,是蛋皮包火腿....這個我不知道是不是外面餐廳都這樣做,畢竟,我不是經常吃~我印象中,奄列是半圓包火腿,蛋不是全熟透,還有一點點蛋汁包住火腿,蛋皮很嫩、滑滑的~不同於這個呢.....這還真是配角比主角出色呢~

這天就是不想吃麵,把早餐搬到當午餐吃~

看看餐牌,一眼就想吃沙爹牛肉通粉,配個牛角包火腿奄列,再來杯凍檸茶,簡直是人間天堂~

這其中不得不讚是牛角包,真得很脆,像剛出爐沒多久的樣子(當然我知道未必是他們自己做的)。

沙爹牛肉通粉就稍為遜色了~沙爹汁未足以令我覺得很好吃~只是普通而已~

最後要提的是,他的火腿奄列,是蛋皮包火腿....這個我不知道是不是外面餐廳都這樣做,畢竟,我不是經常吃~


我印象中,奄列是半圓包火腿,蛋不是全熟透,還有一點點蛋汁包住火腿,蛋皮很嫩、滑滑的~不同於這個呢.....

這還真是配角比主角出色呢~
