To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早兩週在銅鑼灣附近下班，看看附近有什麼可以外賣回家兩口子晚餐，希望疫情快點過去，留意到附近這一間酒吧餐廳門口貼着不少日式料理，想念日本的我便決定一試雖然說是酒吧，可是菜式選擇十分多，店員亦細心講解每一道菜式的特點和材料細心的是他們更提供QR code方便顧客不用觸碰Menu，安全又衛生黑蒜油鑊仔炒飯配炸雞，先說份量不少，絕對足夠二人分享，另外即使外賣回家炸雞仍保持香脆多汁，驚喜，炒飯部份黑蒜油香氣十足，另外炒飯採用的珍珠買亦做到粒粒分明而乾爽的效果，是一道非常不錯的主食日式炒麵，非常代表日本的菜色，同樣餐廳亦做到正宗的味道，大量的椰菜和豬腩肉，配搭酸酸甜甜的紅姜，再加上炒麵醬汁，每吃一口都想到日本聽從店員的建議點了他們作主打的串燒，點了這一份免治雞肉串拼盤，雞腎大粒厚肉，另外雞軟骨燒得香脆焦香，果然沒有介紹錯只要日式餐廳有提供一夜干，基本上都會必點，這間餐廳更加細心的知道外賣的話，先問我家裏有沒有焗爐，然後把一夜干燒至九成，溫馨提示我回家可再用焗爐翻熱，同樣非常驚喜，外皮香脆，魚肉鹹香十足，配搭檸檬汁和日式酸汁，十級推薦！
