Restaurant: Blue Supreme
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酒好飲，牛羊鬆餅世一！

喺香港，主攻精釀啤酒嘅地方唔算好多，Blue Supreme 更加係以酸啤類嘅啤酒掛帥，實屬難得。 今次我地亦係為左比利時酸啤「神廠」Brasserie-Brouwerij Cantillon 新一批上架而嚟，Blue Supreme 亦有特別提供 Cantillon beer flight，可以飲多幾款之餘仲送埋一個有法國 soft cheese Livarot 嘅 cheese plate，Livarot 比較柔和同 nutty 嘅味道配合 Cantillon 嘅複雜性同酸度係非常之襯，我地試左另一隻芝士 Brillat Savarin，如果純比較芝士的話其實比Livarot更精采，但係比較搶風頭嘅味道就好明顯影響到酸啤嘅聞香同味道喇～ 一邊飲酒， 一邊再叫其他野食喇～ 先叫左個 Fish Taco ，之前介紹另一間餐廳嘅時候都提過，Taco 就好似雞蛋仔或者咖哩魚蛋咁，要將呢啲咁出色嘅 街頭美食 變成 餐廳菜式 係有一定嘅風險，呢個 Fish Taco 亦有呢個情況，問我好唔好食呢？ 好食嘅！ 但係細左啲 亦無咩特別因為係喺 Blue Supreme 呢度咁有水準嘅地方食而加

提過，Taco 就好似雞蛋仔或者咖哩魚蛋咁，要將呢啲咁出色嘅 街頭美食 變成 餐廳菜式 係有一定嘅風險，呢個 Fish Taco 亦有呢個情況，問我好唔好食呢？ 好食嘅！ 但係細左啲 亦無咩特別因為係喺 Blue Supreme 呢度咁有水準嘅地方食而加乘左，變相就有少少失色喇。

食完頭盤；食完小食，咁就梗係到主菜啦，先介紹下佢個油封鴨漢堡（Duck Confit Burger），上台嘅賣相已經好吸引，一上枱隔離左右都立即問係咩嚟，厚厚嘅鴨肉上面有大大隻煎鴨蛋，加埋軟身又滿滿油香嘅包，咬落去加埋爆蛋黃，爽！ 佢伴碟有啲石榴籽沙律，酸酸地又可以中和返啲油膩感。

最後就係喺呢度食極都唔厭嘅 牛羊鬆餅（Beef & Lamb Muffin），唔好睇佢好似唔係好巨，爆晒汁嘅牛加羊漢堡，加埋芝士同洋蔥，絕對係可以滿足到你嘅一個包，佢有條醃青瓜可以畀你加埋落去，如果唔鍾意，飲多啖酸啤解下膩都係一個好方法~
