To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週三晚和家人到翠亨邨吃晚飯,對上一次到訪已是一年前的事,酒家環境依舊整潔舒適,食品仍富一定水準。為免煩惱,是晚一行十二人點了一份十二人餐,菜式如下:翠亨片皮鴨:一只鴨片出來的皮不算太多,鴨皮烤得脆口,部份連肉吃更富肉香質感。依照傳統用上包皮包裹鴨件、香葱、青瓜條及烤鴨醬吃,口感食味更富層次,脆中留有清爽,甜中有帶微微辛辣。菜式可改善之處是其包皮,質感略厚但易爛。片皮後的鴨殼可供免費攜走。杏汁燉白肺湯:湯色潤白,湯水味濃到位,杏香足富餘韻。翡翠百合玉帶蝦球:西蘭花量足,但玉帶蝦球感覺上未能每人分得一件。玉帶食味鮮甜結實,蝦球大隻肉彈質佳。百合份量不足。燒汁原條茄子:三大條茄子,入口富質感得來又不會太硬,製作入味。茄子邊另釀入一層蝦膠,令菜式味道口感更多樣化。清蒸游水沙巴躉:魚身雖大,但蒸煮時間準蠅,魚味鮮甜,肉質嫩滑,很棒!有機真菌炒時蔬:菜心甜美綠嫩度中規中矩,有機真菌帶點爽口幾過隱。闊佬炒飯:主要食材有蛋白、瑤柱、肉鬆及菜粒等,口味簡單清淡,飯粒炒得乾身均勻,OK喇!生磨合桃露:合桃露入口很滑溜,合桃香味濃郁到位,甜度亦恰到好處,好吃!甜品錦盤:所謂甜品錦盤是紅白迷你砵仔糕,口味偏淡

吃畢整頓飯,基本上都是足夠的,但很快見肚餓,回顧餐牌,發現缺少了肉類菜式,或許是其中原因,建議酒家考慮追加一兩道肉類菜式更見理想。
