To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時好少食大閘蟹,見朋友生日話呢到有個大閘蟹套餐叫我一齊試下,就跟佢黎試下呢個嘅新菜單,價錢都唔平,成二千蚊一個人,首先係有生拆大閘蟹粉翅,一放落枱已經聞到浸浸蟹黃香,畢起都幾足料,成碗都充滿翅同蟹肉,但食落有D鹹,會口渴。呢到侍應好好,不停幫我哋添茶。跟住就黎左客28頭特選吉品鮑配清灼本地生菜膽,本身自己對新鮮鮑魚比較有興趣,所以唔太識欣賞呢款乾鮑,亦都冇抱太大期望。食落個汁係唔錯嘅,配落鮑魚到都幾惹味。然後就到今日主菜,原隻江蘇大閘蟹(六兩)。我未試過食大閘蟹,都覺得呢隻蟹麻麻哋好味,首先係冇乜膏,其次亦唔係好香,朋友話今次呢兩隻係麻麻哋,當自己唔好彩。比較窩心係食完大閘蟹會有薑茶,杯茶好飲,薑味亦非常出。其實食完個蟹都飽飽地,睇餐單發現仲有雞同飯,本身都驚食唔晒。上菜發現都Ok 份量唔會over,個薑蔥生煎鹽香雞煎得幾香口,但就咁食都係有d鹹,然後侍應姐姐話配埋蟹粉蟹肉炒飯黎食,真係又幾夾。個飯一放低已經聞倒好香蟹味,啱啱炒起夠哂香口,值得一讚啲飯炒得乾身,粒粒分明,本身都好鍾意食飯,加上啖啖都有蟹肉配蟹粉香味,呢個飯值100分!甜品方面,因為有原盅燉冰花官燕,所以佢上咗兩度簡單

然後就到今日主菜,原隻江蘇大閘蟹(六兩)。我未試過食大閘蟹,都覺得呢隻蟹麻麻哋好味,首先係冇乜膏,其次亦唔係好香,朋友話今次呢兩隻係麻麻哋,當自己唔好彩。比較窩心係食完大閘蟹會有薑茶,杯茶好飲,薑味亦非常出。

其實食完個蟹都飽飽地,睇餐單發現仲有雞同飯,本身都驚食唔晒。上菜發現都Ok 份量唔會over,個薑蔥生煎鹽香雞煎得幾香口,但就咁食都係有d鹹,然後侍應姐姐話配埋蟹粉蟹肉炒飯黎食,真係又幾夾。個飯一放低已經聞倒好香蟹味,啱啱炒起夠哂香口,值得一讚啲飯炒得乾身,粒粒分明,本身都好鍾意食飯
,加上啖啖都有蟹肉配蟹粉香味,呢個飯值100分!

甜品方面,因為有原盅燉冰花官燕,所以佢上咗兩度簡單嘅甜點配襯,呢個想法幾好,如果食得太濃味,就會蓋過咗黎緊燕窩嘅味道。個官燕睇落非常名貴,味道亦唔太甜
食完覺得個人滋潤左,係女士嘅最愛。

總括嚟講都幾好食,係有幾道菜味道偏鹹,可以改善。另外呢度嘅服務質素非常好,令人有賓至如歸的感覺。下次轉餐單,都可以嚟試吓。
